Now is your chance to buy a trailer from the former Walleye Trailer Park. Renovate and install it on your vacant property or use it for your storage. We are accepting Bids as low as $1.
There are approximately 40 trailers available for purchase. Buy 1 or buy them all.
Auction ends May 31st. All winners must include a cash deposit of $2,500 per trailer and arrange to have the trailer removed by an approved and insured contractor by June 30th.
All trailers will be discarded after that date and deposits will not be returned.
You can print the Bid Form by downloading it off our website (located below) or pick it up 525 Mowat Ave in downtown Fort Frances. Once it is filled out you can submit the form to Kaleb at
northernskysolution@gmail.com or drop it off in the NSS mailbox at 525 B Mowat Ave Fort Frances, Ontario P9A 1Z1.
Kaleb from Northern Sky Solutions will give a tour to anyone interested in seeing the trailers in person.
